Charlie Meade, Benefits Account Executive

Charlie has been a Life & Health Agent since 1988.  Having been a broker representative for several health insurance carriers, she brings a wealth of inside industry knowledge to our department.  Charlie is a specialist in Large Group Sales, National Accounts, International benefits, Individual health policies and the Medicare marketplace.  She served as a business/practice consultant to the medical and dental industry for 12 years. Charlie holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Communications & Business Management.

Julie Mangrello-Jennings, MSHR, Benefits Account Executive

Julie has over 11 years of experience in health plan insurance brokerage and human resources management, which provides her with a solid understanding of both the employer and employees’ needs. She is skilled in all aspects of benefits administration including assurance of competitive value, effective communication strategies, open enrollment efficiencies, and enhancing transparency in benefits.  Julie earned her Masters in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, as well as a BS in Business Management.

Kathy Laiblin, Benefits Customer Service Supervisor

Kathy has been a licensed insurance agent since 1992, and has been serving Shorepoint clients for 8 years.  As our marketing specialist, she continuously updates her knowledge of insurance products and related legislative issues.  This provides our clients with the current, competitive and comprehensive benefits programs available.  Kathy’s passion for problem-solving results in client satisfaction through critical issues.

Debbie Suyenaga, Benefits Administrative Assistant

Debbie has been assisting benefits since 2007. Her administrative skills enhance the workflow of the department allowing our staff to better serve your needs. She assists clients with enrollments, claims and billing issues. She loves working with people and goes above and beyond to assist in any way possible. She is responsible for filing important documents; and executing special projects on a daily basis.
